Turin, September 21st 2023 – From November 12th to November 19th, the Nitto ATP
Finals will return to the prestigious ‘Pala Alpitour’ stage for the third consecutive year.
And the hunt for tickets to the prestigious competition grows ever tighter. As of
September 18th, the 2023 presale (still in progress) records a revenue of
sold. A revenue that, almost two months ahead of schedule, has already surpassed
the final total of last year’s presale, which closed on November 12th 2022 at
The international appeal of the tournament in Turin is also clearly on the rise: the
coupons purchased abroad reach a total of 41,21% of those sold, with an increase of
10 percentage points compared to the same date last year (31,02%).
SINNER CLOSE TO QUALIFYING – The ‘Pepperstone ATP Live Race to Turin’, which
qualifies the eight best players of the season, is becoming hotter than ever. The ‘Asian
swing’ will assign crucial points to players who are still contending their place like
Jannik Sinner, who is now 4th in the standings, and is very close to reach his ticket and
join the reigning champion Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and Daniil Medvedev who
already won their spot.
ROAD TO TURIN: LOTS OF INITIATIVES – Turin is ready to host the competition: the
city once again will change its face, showcasing its rich and beautiful cultural heritage
and promoting a list of activities which lead to the start of the competition. Among
them, the ‘Trophy Tour’, the travelling exhibit of the final trophy widely appreciated
during the past editions, whose schedule is constantly updated on
NittoATPFinals.com.
Another exhibition dedicated to the qualified players will take place in Via Po (till
October 14th will be set between Piazza Castello and via Rossini; from November 6th
to November 9th the exhibition will move between Piazza Castello and Via Accademia
Albertina), while the ‘Mole Antonelliana’ will reflect the images of the eight aspiring
Masters.
Moved by the will to promote the event and the sporting activities, from September
22th to November 6th, ‘Tennis in Città’ will provide a bunch of mini-tennis courts that
will be installed in some of the most important squares of the city.
The stage setting for the ‘Fan Village’ began yesterday in Piazzale Grande Torino just
in front of ‘Pala Alpitour’: more than 8.000 square metres, all covered, which will
enhance fans experience with food, sport and fun. This year’s edition will also show
for the first time a winter garden (in one of the three major pavilions) dedicated to
racquet sports.
Nitto ATP Finals, for both players and fans, once again establish themselves as the
ultimate and finest event of professional tennis. With its wonderful stage, Turin has
given to the tournament a new light and a new splendour and it’s now seen as one of
the key events of the year in the city. The 2023 edition is expected to be more vibrant
and more electric than ever which every tennis fan can’t miss.
