Completion of Change of the GDR Program Depositary
Moscow, 21 June 2023. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announces
the completion of change of the depositary administering the Company’s Global Depositary
Receipts (GDR) program.
The new depositary for the Company’s GDR program is RCS Issuer Services S.AR.L. with the
relevant agreement effective as of 21 June 2023. Previously, the Company’s depositary was
The Bank of New York Mellon.
Holders of NOVATEK’s GDRs are not required to take any action in connection with the
change of the depositary.
