Descrizione dell’incarico :
The RFP Writer reports both to:
–          The Head of Italian Institutional team. This team is Milan based and currently composed by 4 Institutional Sales, 3 Sales Support resources, 1 Senior RFP Writer.
–          The Head of RFP team. This team is Paris based and composed by the European specialists in Requests for Proposals. The team is part of the Institutional Business Support function.
The RFP Writer ensures high quality responses to questionnaires from Institutional Clients, respects the deadline for each request and keeps updated the local Consultants databases.

The responsibilities of the position are:
– Provide continuous updates on the Company and the entire Group in terms of qualitative and quantitative details on products and investment strategies in order to prepare responses to Institutional Clients’ calls for tender for the selection of Asset Managers and to feed the Italian Consultants’ databases.
– Collaborate with equivalent roles abroad for the use of shared information in order to constantly ensure the link between Italian Institutional sales and the Global RFP Team function.
– Share the daily office life with the Institutional Sales.
– Support the Global RFP team on international tenders mainly involving strategies / management teams based in Italy.
