Barrick returned a record $1.6 billion to shareholders in 2022 through dividends and share buybacks, exceeding the record $1.4 billion of distributions made in 2021. A dividend of $0.10 per share for the fourth quarter of 2022 has been declared, consistent with the Company’s Performance Dividend Policy announced at the start of 2022.
