La Consob e l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore hanno il piacere di annunciare e di invitarvi al Workshop su Cyber Security, Market Disclosure & Industry che si svolgerà a Milano nelle giornate del 27 Febbraio, 2023, dalle 15.00 alle 18:00 e il 28 Febbraio, 2023, dalle 10:00 alle 13:00.
L’evento è diviso in due sessioni (giorni) e l’intento è discutere l’opportunità di incrementare la market disclosure e la resilienza in materia di rischi cyber delle imprese quotate e/o di rilevanza significativa, al fine di rafforzare la protezione degli investitori e la consapevolezza del mercato.
Sessione 1. 27 febbraio, 15:00-18:00 CET
Successivamente ai saluti istituzionali della Preside della Facoltà di Scienze Bancarie, Finanziarie e Assicurative (Milano), la prima parte sarà dedicata alle Autorità CONSOB, ESMA (Autorità europea degli strumenti finanziari e dei mercati) e SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), che offriranno una panoramica delle ultime evoluzioni normative in Europa e in America sulla cybersecurity. La seconda parte prevede una tavola rotonda con la partecipazione dei CFO di rilevanti imprese quotate nel mercato italiano.
Sessione 2. 28 febbraio, 10:00-13:00 CET
Dopo i saluti istituzionali della Preside della Facoltà di Economia e Giurisprudenza (Piacenza), nella prima parte la Federazione Bancaria Europea introdurrà l’argomento della cyber resilienza e il potenziale impatto della nuova normativa DORA. La seconda parte sarà composta da una tavola rotonda che proporrà testimonianze delle autorità, di imprese di sistema e società specializzate.
L’evento prevede la possibilità di partecipare in presenza nell’Aula PIO XI dell’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milano), o da remoto.

Consob and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore have the pleasure of inviting you to the Workshop on Cyber Security, Market Disclosure & Industry to be held in Milan on February 27, 2023, at 15.00-18:00 CET and February 28, 2023, at 10:00-13:00 CET.
The workshop is split in two sessions (days) and the objective is to discuss the opportunity of increasing market disclosure and resilience on cyber risk by listed and significant companies, in order to enhance investor protection and market awareness.
1st Session. February 27, 15:00-18:00 CET
After the opening remarks of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences Faculty Dean (Milan), the first part is devoted to the Regulators CONSOB, European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), who will give an overview of the latest developments in European and American cybersecurity regulations. In the second part, there will be a round table with the participation of the CFO of the most relevant listed companies in the Italian market.
2nd Session. February 28, 10:00-13:00 CET
After the opening remarks of Economics and Law Faculty Dean (Piacenza), in the first part European Banking Federation (EBF) will introduce the topic of cyber resilience and potential impact of DORA regulation. The second part will consist of a round table that will collect experiences from the point of view of authorities, system companies and advisory firms.
The event includes the possibility of attending in-person, at the Pio XI Lecture Hall of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milano), or remotely.
