TIM: DIMISSIONI DEL CONSIGLIERE ARNAUD DE PUYFONTAINE

TIM comunica che il Consigliere Arnaud De Puyfontaine ha rassegnato le dimissioni dall’incarico di membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione di TIM, con effetto immediato.
Arnaud De Puyfontaine ha soggiunto come, in questa fase di dialogo costruttivo fra i principali azionisti di TIM e le istituzioni sotto la guida del nuovo Governo, sia fondamentale che tutte le parti siano libere di lavorare in maniera costruttiva e trasparente nell’interesse della Società e di tutti i suoi azionisti.
In tal senso, ritiene opportuno dedicarsi, come Chief Executive Officer di Vivendi, a ristabilire per TIM un percorso di crescita e ad assicurare che il valore reale del Gruppo e della rete, nella sua unicità, siano correttamente riconosciuti.
Da ultimo il Consigliere ha confermato che TIM e l’Italia restano centrali nei piani di investimento di Vivendi.
Il Presidente Salvatore Rossi, interpretando il pensiero del Consiglio di Amministrazione tutto, ringrazia Arnaud De Puyfontaine per il prezioso contributo fornito in questi anni alla Società.
Arnaud de Puyfontaine non risulta possedere azioni ordinarie di TIM.

TIM: RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR ARNAUD DE PUYFONTAINE
Rome, 16 January 2023
TIM announces that Director Arnaud De Puyfontaine has resigned from his office of member of the Board of Directors of TIM, with immediate effect.
Arnaud De Puyfontaine added that, in this phase of constructive dialogue between TIM’s main shareholders and the Institutions, under the new Government’s leadership, it is fundamental that all the relevant parties may be free to work in a constructive and transparent manner to the benefit of TIM and all its shareholders.
In this regard, Arnaud De Puyfontaine considers it appropriate to devote his effort, as Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi, to re-establishing a growth path for TIM and see to it that the real value of the Company and its unique network is properly recognized.
Lastly, the Director confirmed that TIM and Italy remain central to Vivendi’s investment plans.
The Chairman Salvatore Rossi, interpreting the thoughts of the entire Board of Directors, thanks Arnaud De Puyfontaine for his valuable contribution to the Company over the years.
Arnaud De Puyfontaine doesn’t own TIM shares.
