– Updated: Prospero House, Borough High Street, London, is due to close at the end of December. The site was used as a Nightingale court to support Southwark Crown Court when social distancing measures were in place and when all court rooms could not be used. The lease expires on 31 December 2022 and cases will be listed until 16 December 2022. The work will return to Southwark, where it can be accommodated across the existing 15 court rooms.
