Media briefing: WHO at COP27
Climate Action for Health
When: Thursday, 3 November 2022, 14:00-15:00 CET (Geneva)
Context: Ahead of the COP27 UN Climate Conference, to be held in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, from 6 to 18 November 2022, WHO is holding a global press briefing to discuss our plans at the conference and why health must be at the forefront of climate change discussions.
WHO has many activities planned at COP, including over 40 side events focused on climate change and health, to take place at the WHO Health Pavillion.
