The Library of Congress is accepting applications for a Management and Program Analyst, GS-13, until November 14, 2022.
This position is located in the Project Management Division, IT Partner Engagement Directorate, Office of the Chief Information Officer.
The position is located in the Library of Congress (Library) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) within the Program Management Division (PMO) and reports to the division chief. The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst and assists in the execution of the PMO’s three main functions of governance to include: operations and execution, training, and support Library-wide. Plans and conducts functional activities for projects/programs. Recommends solutions for complex/difficult problems, supports planning activities through the application of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and supporting application tools that enable the PMO’s ability to have a scalable, centralized source of all IT program and project information and management to provide transparency into projects’ triple constraints of cost, schedule, and scope from a single unified workspace. Works with internal and external stakeholders, business and systems analysts, IT specialists, contractors, and others to ensure development and implementation of optimal technical solutions. Conducts special projects and studies either individually, as a participant of a project team, or working group.
