The Library of Congress is accepting applications for Chief, Financial Management Division, GS-15, until August 23, 2022.
The Chief of the Financial Management Division (Chief), working under the supervision of the Assistant Register of Copyrights and Director of Operations (ARDO), is a multi-disciplinary supervisory position responsible for supervising activities necessary to administer a complete program of financial management for the USCO, to include budget formulation, justification, presentation, and execution; financial analysis and forecasting, and financial reporting. Individual assignments are generally related to monthly and quarterly reporting; largely based on gathering and analyzing information, recommending options, and presenting qualitative and quantitative information. The Chief serves as advisor to the USCO ARDO and as an authoritative source of consultation for managers and program specialists with regard to USCO financial management activities.
