In this role, you work closely with the CEO and the management committee’s members to support them in their actions and help them to accompany the regulatory and corporate evolutions :
- Assist the CEO to review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure
- Help to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and to meet regulatory requirements
- Act as project manager for the management committee
Main tasks for example :
- Organize and formalize the management committee meetings :
- Agenda constitution
- Ensure materials are sent in advance
- Coordinate the minutes
- Insure that objective are achieved and that all the items provided for by the regulation are covered
- Follow-up of actions log
- Project manager for governance projects like implementation of new regulation, new reporting, etc…
- Help to create and up-date dashboards for some oversight activities that has to be formalized
- Support the CEO in the development activity
- Market analysis and trends
- Research, benchmarking
- Support to business plan
- Work with the CEO on internal and external communication
- Support to event preparation / presentation preparation
- Assist for Internal communication

Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar fields
Practical education and first working experience would be an advantage. Experience with data analysis will be a plus.
Fluent in English and French, with any other major European language being an advantage
