** Bitcoin millionaire addresses top 190,000 in Q3 2025 – Finbold report
————————————————————
The findings mark a sharp rebound after Q1’s downturn, when nearly 14,000 millionaire addresses were wiped out. Year-to-date, the total number of millionaire wallets has grown by 20,688, despite continued market turbulence and shifting ETF inflows.
By comparison, 2024 recorded 56,325 new Bitcoin millionaire addresses in total, averaging 154 per day, underscoring how 2025 has delivered slower but still significant growth. Importantly, a single individual can control multiple addresses, so the number of millionaire wallets does not directly equate to the number of unique holders.
Jordan Major, senior analyst at Finbold and co-author of the report, commented:
“The creation of nearly 8,000 new Bitcoin millionaires in a single quarter highlights how wealth concentration is accelerating in crypto. Even at a slower daily pace than 2024, the total count crossing 190,000 wallets reinforces Bitcoin’s position as a preferred long-term store of value.”
Diana Paluteder, Finbold head of content and co-author, added:
“What stands out in 2025 is the resilience of high-value wallets. Despite early-year volatility, millionaire addresses have expanded steadily, suggesting that larger holders are continuing to accumulate. The data points to confidence in Bitcoin’s role, particularly as institutional flows reshape the market.”
