KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has
won an order to provide a suite of People Flow® solutions for Binghatti Skyrise,
a new three-tower residential development rising 250 meters in Dubai’s Business
Bay. The project will bring premium apartments and accommodate over 3,500 people
daily, adding to the city’s modern skyline.
Developed by Binghatti, the Skyrise project will be completed in March 2027. The
three towers will share a common podium and parking structure, contributing to
Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for innovative high-rise living.
KONE and Binghatti have a long-standing collaboration, working together on
several landmark developments across Dubai. Building on this partnership, the
Skyrise project highlights the shared commitment of both companies to deliver
advanced high-rise solutions and create premium residential experiences in one
of the city’s most dynamic districts. Beyond its striking design, the
development will contribute to the ongoing growth of Business Bay as a hub for
business, lifestyle, and investment.

KONE’s order comprises next-generation high-rise technology, including 44 KONE
MiniSpace® elevators and 2 KONE N MonoSpace® elevators, with a maximum speed of
6 m/s, supported by KONE 24/7 Connect, which uses artificial intelligence to
enable predictive maintenance, maximize uptime, and ensure smoother people
flow.
The main developer is Binghatti.
KONE booked the order in Q2 of 2025.
