Medway County and Family Court reopened this week following remedial work to address Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) at the site.
The court, which is based at the local authority-owned Gun Wharf building was closed since RAAC was discovered in October 2023.?

Family (new)
Requesting a copy of a final order or decree absolute [ https://www.gov.uk/copy-decree-absolute-final-order/do-not-know-which-court?utm_medium=email&utm_source= ]
You can now submit and pay for a 10-year search for copies of decree absolutes and final orders (Form D440) for completed divorces online.
The charge remains unchanged at £65 per 10 years.
