INTESA SAN PAOLO TAKES LISTED ITALIAN MID-CORPORATES
TO PARIS WITH ‘ITALIAN EXCELLENCES 2023’
• Fifty companies, most listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of
the Italian Stock Exchange, will take part in the event promoted by the
IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division and the Intesa Sanpaolo
Research Department
• The initiative, now in its second edition, will be held in Paris on the
10th and 11th of October 2023 and will be conducted in a series of
meetings between listed companies and institutional investors

Milan, 2 August 2023 – Intesa Sanpaolo is staging the second edition of “Italian
Excellences 2023, Mid Corporate Conference†sponsored by the IMI Corporate &
Investment Banking Division – led by Mauro Micilio – and the Intesa Sanpaolo
Research Development – helmed by Gregorio De Felice – and dedicated mainly to
companies listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.
The event is scheduled for the 10th and 11th of October, 2023 in Paris and is being organised
in collaboration with the Italian Stock Exchange, part of the Euronext Group. Higher
numbers than last year are expected, both in terms of the numbers of companies taking part,
which now stands at 50, and the Italian and international investors that have already
displayed interest in taking part.
The aim is to offer Italian listed small and medium enterprises the opportunity to present the
results they have attained and their future prospects to institutional investors from beyond
the Alps.
Massimo Mocio, Deputy Chief and Global Banking & Markets Manager of the IMI
CIB Division of Intesa Sanpaolo underlined: “In the light of last year’s success, Italian

The event sees the collaboration between the Equity Research and Corporate Broking
Research facilities of the Intesa Sanpaolo Research Department and the Equity Sales area of
Global Markets Sales & Platform of the IMI CIB Division. The two days will be broken
down into a series of one-to-one and group meetings between institutional investors and the
50 listed companies of the Euronext STAR Milan segment covered by Intesa Sanpaolo’s
research.
