Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment Jose W. Fernandez will deliver remarks at the first-ever 2024 U.S.-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP) Economic Dialogue alongside Vietnam’s Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung on June 25, 2024, at 10a.m. ET in Washington, D.C. The Under Secretary and Minister will provide opening remarks before leading the dialogue discussion to advance objectives of the CSP Joint Statement [ https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2023/09/11/joint-leaders-statement-elevating-united-states-vietnam-relations-to-a-comprehensive-strategic-partnership/ ], including economic security, semiconductors, investment climate, digital economy, cyberspace, energy, and critical minerals.
