New rules on exchange of electronic evidence for criminal investigations
*Plenary will assess around 17.30 draft legislation to boost cross-border criminal investigations by making the exchange of electronic evidence faster and easier, while protecting fundamental rights. The text, already agreed with the member states, will be put to the vote on Tuesday

In brief*
EU Day for the victims of the global climate crisis. *Starting around 18.30, MEPs will debate with the Commission the creation of an EU Day for the victims of the global climate crisis. A resolution will be put to the vote on Thursday.
Support to the EU’s outermost regions*. In a debate around 20.00, plenary will discuss with the Commission measures to help Europe’s most remote regions unlock their potential and boost competitiveness. MEPs will summarise their proposals in a resolution on Tuesday.
World Day against Child Labour. *Immediately after the opening at 17.00, MEPs will exchange views with the Commission on ways to put an end to child labour across the world.

Lessons of the COVID-19 pandemic
*The Special Committee on the COVID-19 pandemic will vote on its final recommendations to equip the EU for future pandemics. The draft text includes proposals on health, democracy and fundamental rights, social and economic impact as well as global aspects of the pandemic.
