Who we are looking for
Amundi has an opportunity for a Senior Front Office Application Support Analyst with investments management industry experience to join our Dublin team. We are looking for someone with excellent technical skills and some business knowledge. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience within the investment management industry in a customer-facing role, together with a good knowledge of Asset Management processes and exposure to Front Office and Risk applications.
Why this role is important to us
The Application Support team in Dublin is responsible for the support of the Front Office and Risk areas of the ALTO platform. ALTO is an in-house system developed by Amundi Technology that is now used by over 20 external customers in the Asset Management industry. We support internal ALTO users in Dublin, and external clients of Amundi Technology. Growing the external client base of ALTO is a key strategic aim of Amundi so this is an expanding area.
This is an opportunity for someone to build upon their client facing experience within the Investment Management sector. The successful candidate will expand their horizons from supporting internal clients, to supporting and on-boarding new external clients. There are opportunities to pursue both technical or more business oriented career paths.
What you will be responsible for
Providing 1st and 2nd line application support for production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause identification and preventative action.
Providing subject matter expertise and use of incident/problem management/prioritisation skills in the support of critical Investment business processes from Order management, Decision support and Portfolio management to Performance & Risk analysis.
Designing and implementing data quality controls to identify incorrect data on securities, funds, positions and trades as it relates to the supported applications. Providing data analysis and SQL support for Investment support activities.
Analyzing customer business requirements and identifying solutions using the applications and systems available.
Helping with the training and onboarding of new clients onto the OMS, PMS, Risk management and/or Performance parts of the ALTO platform.
Participating in the demonstration of the ALTO platform to prospective clients of Amundi Technology.
