Blinken will join Baker Institute for Public Policy Director Ambassador David Satterfield for a wide-ranging conversation about foreign policy and U.S. national security strategy as part of the Baker Institute’s Shell Distinguished Lecture Series [ https://www.bakerinstitute.org/event/conversation-secretary-state-antony-j-blinken ] on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. CDT / 7:00 p.m. EDT at Rice University in Houston, Texas.  Former Secretary of State James A.
