On the morning of November 14th, Drones Beyond will host
the engagement event of the European project AIRMOB,
organized by DTA, DeepBlue and EuroUSC Italia.
AIRMOB aims to create a network of vocational excellence
centers across five European countries (Italy, Spain, Turkey,
Portugal, and Ireland). The AIRMOB’s goal is to develop highly
specialized training pathways focused on innovative air
mobility. Through its participation in Drones Beyond 2025,
AIRMOB will advance its vision for a European ecosystem of
excellence in advanced air mobility, promoting collaboration among education, research, and
industry to develop the next generation of professionals who will drive innovation in the urban

DTA has launched a program to support start-up as part of its contribution to the project Bari
Open Innovation Hub. This session is aimed at being a fundamental milestone of this program.
This session is intended to be the starting point of a city-wide strategy that:
Puts citizens’ needs at the centre of innovation.
Promotes collaboration between public institutions, private sector, research bodies,
and citizens (the quadruple helix model).
Supports data and digital infrastructure sovereignty at the city level.
Paves the way for urban citizen science, with citizens as active producers of data and
knowledge.
Integrates startups and businesses with universities and research centers, in
projects with measurable impact on sustainable mobility, energy, health, and public
services
