** 44,000 New Bitcoin Millionaires Added in One Year Since Trump’s Election Win, Finbold Research Finds
————————————————————
On-chain analytics show that the number of Bitcoin (BTC) wallet addresses holding at least $1 million in BTC increased by approximately 44,783 over the past 12 months, representing a 33.8% growth. On average, this amounts to around 3,700 new millionaire-tier Bitcoin addresses added per month.
As of November 5, 2025, the data shows 156,705 wallet addresses holding between $1 million and $9.99 million worth of BTC, up from 120,851 one year earlier. Meanwhile, the number of addresses holding $10 million or more rose from 11,697 to 20,626. Combined, this places the total millionaire-tier Bitcoin address count at approximately 177,331.
** Bitcoin market development

However, the rally has since cooled. Bitcoin briefly traded below $100,000 within the last 24 hours, extending a period of corrective price action that began in mid-October.
This market cycle coincided with a notable shift in U.S. political tone toward digital assets. Throughout the campaign and after returning to office, President Trump signaled support for the United States becoming a leader in Bitcoin and crypto-sector development. Public messaging from the administration has emphasized clearer regulatory frameworks and increased domestic mining capacity.
** Expert commentary

Jordan Major, Lead Research Editor at Finbold, said:
“The growth in millionaire-tier Bitcoin addresses during a year that included both strong market gains and deep pullbacks indicates that accumulation has continued among larger investors. Despite price volatility, high-net-worth participants appear to be positioning for long-term exposure rather than short-term trading outcomes.”
Diana Paluteder, Head of Content at Finbold, added:
“While a single individual may control multiple addresses, the trend remains meaningful. The increase suggests a rising concentration of Bitcoin among wealthier holders and institutional entities. It highlights Bitcoin’s continued role as a strategic store of value within diversified portfolios.”
Looking ahead, Bitcoin’s expanding millionaire wallet segment will remain a closely watched indicator of capital allocation and investor confidence heading into 2026, particularly as regulatory clarity, institutional adoption, and macroeconomic positioning continue to evolve.
