(AGENPARL) – Mon 20 October 2025 Sacramento + East Bay Small Developer Bootcamp
If you have a real estate project underway or in the planning phase, this opportunity is designed for you. The Small Developer Boot Camp builds upon the foundational training provided during the Small Development Workshop held on March 8, 2025. Participants will engage in individualized sessions with experienced small-scale developers who will provide direct feedback on active or proposed projects. This five-week course offers hands-on training focused on advancing your specific development concept. Whether you aim to transform a historic storefront, rehabilitate a neglected triplex, or design a primary or accessory dwelling unit, the program will help refine your vision and establish a solid foundation for successful project planning. Participants will work through exercises like building and refining their pro forma, creating an investor proposal package, and drawing out the zoning parameters for their lot.
