Con l’ultimo round sul circuito di Jerez cala il sipario sulla stagione 2025 del Team Ecosantagata Althea Racing, che chiude un anno di crescita, consolidamento e importanti esperienze sportive, gettando basi solide per il futuro.
Nel weekend andaluso, Leonardo Taccini ha disputato una gara 1 condizionata da un contatto nelle prime fasi, che ha provocato un colpo al piede precedentemente infortunato, compromettendo la sua prestazione. Dopo una revisione medica effettuata nella mattinata di domenica, al termine del warm-up, Taccini è stato dichiarato unfit e non ha potuto prendere parte a gara 2.
Simon Jespersen ha concluso 22º in gara 1, completando una prova regolare e portando dati utili al lavoro del team. In gara 2, il pilota danese ha chiuso 15º, andando a punti e terminando così la stagione con una nota positiva.
Archiviato l’ultimo round, il Team Ecosantagata Althea Racing traccia un bilancio molto positivo di questa stagione 2025, contraddistinta da crescita tecnica, coesione e un costante miglioramento delle prestazioni. Il gruppo ha lavorato con grande passione, determinazione e professionalità, rafforzando la propria presenza nel Mondiale Supersport, una delle categorie più combattute e affascinanti del motociclismo mondiale.
Leonardo Taccini, come già ufficializzato, è stato rinnovato per la prossima stagione.
A breve verrà annunciato anche il nome del secondo pilota, che completerà la formazione in vista di un nuovo e stimolante capitolo nel Mondiale Supersport.

With the final round held at the Jerez circuit, the curtain falls on the 2025 season for the Ecosantagata Althea Racing Team, closing a year marked by growth, consolidation, and valuable sporting experiences that have laid solid foundations for the future.
During the Andalusian weekend, Leonardo Taccini’s Race 1 was affected by an early-race contact that caused a blow to his previously injured foot, compromising his performance. After a medical check on Sunday morning, following the warm-up session, Taccini was declared unfit and could not take part in Race 2.
Simon Jespersen finished 22nd in Race 1, completing a consistent performance and collecting valuable data for the team’s development work. In Race 2, the Danish rider crossed the line in 15th position, scoring points and ending the season on a positive note.
With the final round now behind them, the Ecosantagata Althea Racing Team draws a very positive balance of this 2025 season, characterized by technical growth, strong team spirit, and continuous improvement in performance. The group has worked with great passion, determination, and professionalism, further strengthening its presence in the World Supersport Championship — one of the most competitive and fascinating categories in world motorcycle racing.
Leonardo Taccini, as already made official, has been renewed for the upcoming season.
The name of the second rider, who will complete the team’s line-up for what promises to be an exciting new chapter in the World Supersport Championship, will be announced soon.
