(AGENPARL) – Wed 06 August 2025 Chef Moreno Cedroni’s Summer Menu
Now on Board ITA Airways Business Class
Throughout the entire summer season, ITA Airways Business Class passengers on
intercontinental flights departing from Italy will enjoy a specially crafted menu designed by
Chef Moreno Cedroni, owner of the acclaimed two-Michelin-starred restaurant, “Madonnina
del Pescatore,” in Senigallia.
This is part of ITA Airways’ ongoing culinary journey. Season after season, internationally
renowned Italian chefs and emerging talents take turns creating onboard dining experiences
that offer passengers a unique and evolving taste of Italy.
A lifelong curious traveler, Chef Cedroni draws inspiration from global flavors to reinterpret
traditional Italian cuisine with his own signature perspective—marked by lightness and
intuition, transforming creativity into method and innovation into style.
For ITA Airways, he has developed four signature dishes that honor both the sea and the
environment.
The culinary journey begins with a starter of “Polpo al vapore e cous cous”
followed by “Matriciana di pesce”
and “Filetto di spigola in guazzetto”,
and finishes with a rich “Mousse al cioccolato fondente”.
