In brief Chinese critical raw material export restrictions*. Following a debate held on Tuesday, plenary will vote at noon on how to tackle China’s export restrictions on critical raw materials. European citizens’ initiative*. Before the midday votes, MEPs will debate a European citizens’ initiative on cohesion policy for the equality of regions and sustainability of regional cultures. Endometriosis*. Starting at 15:00, plenary will debate the gender health gap in general and endometriosis in particular, with Equality Commissioner Hadja Lahbib.
Votes *At noon, MEPs will also vote on: -draft resolutions on the case of Ryan Cornelius in Dubai, the arbitrary arrest and torture of Belgian-Portuguese researcher Joseph Figueira Martin in the Central African Republic, and the urgent need to protect religious minorities in Syria; -the future of the EU biotechnology and biomanufacturing sector; and -battery due diligence policies.
