CUT to host Samsung Innovation Campus Graduation Ceremony

The Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT) and Samsung Electronics will be hosting a certificate award ceremony for the second cohort of students who have completed the Artificial Intelligence course of the Samsung Innovation Campus.
The Samsung Innovation Campus is a programme that is targeted at learners in higher learning institutions with the objective of this programme being to teach coding and programming, AI, and IoT to increase their chances of employability after school.
In November 2022, CUT and Samsung South Africa launched the CUT-Samsung Innovation Campus in a bid to boost youth employment in the technology sector. The two parties fostered this twinning agreement to coach the CUT student community on the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) skills and to date 46 students have completed the programme successfully.
