NOVATEK’s AGM Approves 2024 Dividends
Moscow, 21 April 2025. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) approved the total dividend payment for 2024. The total dividend distribution for 2024 will amount to RR 82.15 per ordinary share, including the interim dividends of RR 35.50 per ordinary share paid for the six months of 2024.
The shareholders of record as at 28 April 2025 will be entitled to receive dividends. The dividend is payable in cash not later than 6 June 2025.
