(AGENPARL) – mer 22 gennaio 2025 Press Release
TIM: COURT OF APPEAL CONFIRMS RESTITUTION OF 1998 LICENSE
Rome, 22 January 2025
TIM confirms that it has received notice of the Court of Appeal’s decision to reject the request
for a suspension, so that the ruling of April last year, which ordered the restitution to the
company of the ‘98 license fee and related interest and accessories, is provisionally
enforceable, pending the final decisions that will be taken by the Supreme Court following the
appeal filed by the Prime Minister’s Office.
The ruling does not provide for any release of guarantees by the company in respect of its
execution.
