ITA Airways Appoints New Board of Directors
Sandro Pappalardo Appointed Chairman, Joerg Eberhart Appointed CEO
Rome, January 15, 2025 – The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. (“ITA
Airways”) was held today, appointing the new Board of Directors of the Company, consisting of five members:
Antonella Ballone, Joerg Eberhart, Lorenza Maggio, Sandro Pappalardo, and Efrem Angelo Valeriani, and
the new Board of Statutory Auditors, in the persons of Paolo Ciabattoni, Angela Florio e Federico Testa.
The Assembly indicated Sandro Pappalardo as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Joerg Eberhart as
CEO of ITA Airways; Angela Florio has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Auditors.

The Shareholders’meeting thanked outgoing Chairman Antonino Turicchi, along with all outgoing members
of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, for their work during their term of office.
