Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken and Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard R. Verma will deliver remarks at the “Partnerships in Action:  Honoring Our Commitment to Afghan Allies” reception to recognize the partnerships that play a pivotal role in the relocation and resettlement of Afghan allies.  The remarks will highlight the extraordinary successes these partnerships have fostered in supporting the Biden Administration’s Enduring Welcome program to stand with our Afghan allies and their families.
The event will take place at the U.S. Department of State at 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, December 2.  The remarks will be streamed live on the Department homepage [ https://www.state.gov/ ] and the Department YouTube channel. [ https://www.youtube.com/statedept ]
