Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken met today with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission (HRVP) Josep Borrell.  Secretary Blinken and HRVP Borrell affirmed the critical importance of the U.S.-EU transatlantic partnership including our joint efforts to counter Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and strengthen global peace and stability.
