If you do not send the original documents we’ll need to stop your application until they are provided.
If the deceased was domiciled outside England and Wales please submit court sealed and certified copies of any entrusting documents issued in the country of domicile. This includes sealed and certified copies of any wills proved in another country. If any documents are written in a language other than English you must also send an official translation.
