DALLAS, TEXAS (September 16, 2024)- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 Deputy Administrator Stacey Dwyer will be joined by Secretary Melanie Kenderdine of the New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), Representative Leger Fernandez (NM-03), Representative Melanie Stansbury (NM-01), Mayor Tim Keller, staff from both Representative Gabe Vasquez (NM-02) and Senator Ben Ray Lujan and Executive Director of Renewable Energy Industries Association of New Mexico Jim DesJardins to celebrate New Mexico receiving over $156 million from EPA’s Solar for All grant program. This funding comes from the Inflation Reduction Act, part of President’s Biden Investing in America initiative.
