Changes to selected court and tribunal fees
A reminder that from Wednesday 1 May 2024, a number of fees covering civil, family, magistrates’, probate, tribunals and Court of Protection cases will be increasing to reflect inflation, following a consultation led by the Ministry of Justice.
If the court or tribunal has already requested a hearing fee to be paid at a later date, the fee quoted at the time will stand.

Financial remedy applications court correspondence
If you have correspondence relating to a financial remedy application that requires action by the court, for example a listing enquiry or requesting an update on the status of your application, please contact the court managing your case.
Please do not upload correspondence for action to MyHMCTS as this may not be actioned and could lead to unnecessary delays in responding.
Please note any interim applications should be made via the general application option on the portal.
