Accessing online services
Following a temporary outage, users are now able to access our online services for Help with Fees, [ https://helpwithcourtfees.service.gov.uk/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=HMCTS+update ] Employment Tribunal refunds [ https://employmenttribunals.service.gov.uk/apply/refund?utm_medium=email&utm_source=HMCTS+update ] and Employment Tribunal ET1 [ https://employmenttribunals.service.gov.uk/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=HMCTS+update ] and ET3. [ https://tribunal-response.employmenttribunals.service.gov.uk/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=HMCTS+update ] Work is ongoing to bring Tax Tribunal [ https://appeal-tax-tribunal.service.gov.uk/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=HMCTS+update ] back online as soon as possible. Users can apply by post or email until the issue is resolved.

Common Platform
Easier access to PET and BCM forms for defence professionals
We’ve made it easier for defence professionals to access Preparation for Effective Trial (PET) and Better Case Management (BCM) forms on Common Platform.
We’ve added an additional link to ‘Case management’ at the point when users associate with a case and access the full case details. You can use this new link to access the PET and BCM forms.
You can also use the ‘Find your case’ link on the Common Platform home page to navigate to the PET and BCM forms, as before.

Join a PET and BCM webinar
We’re running a series of interactive webinars in October and November to support defence professionals in using the digital PET and BCM forms. These sessions will walk you through the steps required to access, view and edit the forms including logging into Common Platform, associating to a case and viewing the full case details.
You can also any questions about using Common Platform and get tailored support from our Implementation team.
Webinars take place at 8.30am or 5.30pm. Numbers are limited to make sure each session can focus on attendees’ requirements.

Legal professionals can join one of our regular online support sessions to get help with:
* activating or logging into your account
* accessing case information
* checking in for a hearing
* any other aspect of Common Platform
Sessions take place on ?? Tuesdays at ?? 4:30pm and ?? Thursdays at ?? 9am.
