(AGENPARL) – gio 03 agosto 2023 TERNA: CONSENSUAL TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
Rome, 3 August 2023 – The Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. was held today under the
chairmanship of Igor De Biasio and in the presence of the CEO Giuseppina Di Foggia for an update
on the Company’s organizational structure.
In this context, Terna confirms that the Company and Mr. Scornajenchi have today reached an
agreement on consensual termination of employment which foresees him continuing in his role until
31 August 2023 and remaining with the Company until 31 December 2023.
Therefore, Agostino Scornajenchi remains fully operational as CFO and Executive in Charge of
Preparing the Company’s Accounting Documents until 31 August 2023.
Moreover, Terna confirms that consensual agreement for the termination of employment has also
been reached with Mr. Giuseppe Del Villano, Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs,
replaced on an interim basis by Mrs. Emilia Rio, in line with succession plans in place.
Company operations are proceeding seamlessly, with the Chairman, the CEO and the Board of
Directors, all in agreement and thanks to the outstanding work and the skills of over 5,600 Terna
people.
Based on the information available to the Company, as of today’s date, Mr. Scornajenchi holds
19,897 shares of TERNA S.p.A. and Mr. Del Villano holds 47,752 shares of TERNA S.p.A.
