Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our Products & Distribution Legal team.  The successful candidate will enjoy a broad range of work and will collaborate with other lawyers across the Amundi group, in Europe as well as Asia and the US.

Why this role is important to us
This team of 3 lawyers plays an important role both locally and globally on a wide variety of contractual and regulatory matters especially, distribution-related contracts, intercompany arrangements, regulatory change implementation and marketing material review.

What you will be responsible for
Drafting, review and amendment of contractual arrangements with distribution counterparties including intermediaries, placement agents and other professional clients in liaison with the sales and distribution teams across various European and Latin American jurisdictions;
Drafting, review and maintenance of agreements in the intercompany distribution contractual  framework within the Amundi Group;
Drafting legal documentation (prospectus, management regulations, etc..) pertaining to Luxembourg domiciled funds and managing filings with the relevant supervisory authority, including but not limited on fund events such as new product launches, mergers, liquidations; Being involved and support the maintenance of the registration framework and processes around passporting requirements of products in the EU and in other non-EU jurisdictions;
Monitor and report on regulatory developments at EU / global level pertaining to distribution marketing, and LU-domiciled product aspects, manage implementation projects together with other lawyers based in the various Group jurisdictions as well as with the Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Investment teams, join industry and internal working groups focussing on distribution regulatory change issues;
Assist in providing a general legal service to the Product Development, Investments, Sales and Distribution teams across the Group in terms of responding to and advising on queries received;
Work with Product, Sales and Distribution teams to ensure awareness of the laws and regulations applicable to the marketing and promotion of Amundi’s investment schemes and services;
Maintenance of the quality and efficiency of the sign-off process for marketing and promotional material on an ongoing basis through the review of all materials submitted through the centralised review system;
Assist in the design and delivery of training initiatives for Sales and Distribution personnel.
