Overall Purpose of the Job:
The marketing department is a core strategic partner within the ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta business line, reporting directly to the head of the business line. Marketing is responsible for developing, delivering and measuring the marketing strategy plan for the business line as well as playing a central role in achieving its sales objectives.
A key aspect in the successful delivery of the marketing plan is the development of high quality content that supports the sales efforts and the promotion of the ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta range. Together, the team covers institutional and wholesale markets.
As a specialist content and campaign creator, this individual will support business line priorities and help raise awareness of our brand among our key audiences by creating effective digital-first campaigns, multi-media marketing & sales collateral (pitchbooks, brochures, blogs, videos, e-mails, podcasts …) for our range of ETFs.
They will support the existing product range to its fullest, and work with internal and external experts to define the messaging & tactics for new product launches, and to develop new, timely market stories.
They will also continue the expansion of our content platform by creating insight and product pieces with a specific focus on transforming complex or technical product details and market stories into creative and concise takeaways for intermediaries & end investors.
To succeed, they will need to work with content team colleagues and broader marketing team (channel, digital, brand…), , business line product experts and the sales team. There will also be interactions with other areas of the wider Amundi organisation (ESG platform, Amundi Institute, Communication,…).
The individual should deliver business line specific insights, investment ideas and value-add across a range of channels for our clients worldwide.
Main Accountabilities
Support the team heads with their efforts to make Amundi ETF appear more visible, bolder and more assertive to clients and prospects, in particular in the distribution and wealth segment
Deliver content and campaigns aligned to business line strategic priorities – most notably for ESG, Climate, Thematic and Fixed Income, with a focus on creative and engaging storytelling
Define relevant, impactful and differentiated marketing messages on our product ranges focusing on key selling points, competitive advantages, range consistency, range legibility, clarity of positioning etc
Develop tactical marketing pushes based on multiple sources of information such as financial market events, ETF flow trends and research
Plan & deliver a suite of materials in partnership with index providers or other external partners to support our key product initiatives
The role holder will adhere to FCA rules and principles
