NASCE “STAR ITALIA ACCELERATOR” PiU’ IMPRESE TECNOLOGICHE ITALIANE IN USA.
De Furia: siamo i partner ideali per l’accesso al mercato americano per Startup e PMI Innovative.

Nasce Star Italia Accelerator, il nuovo Acceleratore di startup e PMI Innovative, controllato al 100% dal Gruppo De Furia, con la finalità di creare un accesso qualificato al mercato USA, stimolare le competenze imprenditoriali e accompagnare l’ingresso e la crescita dei migliori talenti italiani dell’innovazione.
Star Italia Accelerator, con sede a Miami, apre con una forte connotazione italiana e l’iniziativa ha l’obiettivo di supportare startup e PMI innovative italiane che desiderano sviluppare il proprio business negli USA. I servizi offerti comprendono spazi di lavoro condivisi, formazione, mentorship (consulenza fornita dai cosiddetti mentori delle startup), accesso a risorse tecniche e logistiche (supply chain). Ciascuna startup selezionata parteciperà ad un percorso di accelerazione della durata massima di 6 mesi, con il supporto di mentor, di corporate partner e di investitori selezionati.
Due i programmi a disposizione:
– Future Seed che dura tra i due e i quattro mesi e si rivolge alle aziende meno mature, offrendo loro servizi e dando loro l’opportunità di presentare le proprie idee agli investitori attraverso presentazioni pubbliche (public pitch events) o giornate dimostrative (demo days).
– Upward Phase che ha una durata variabile tra i due e i sei mesi ed è rivolto a startup più strutturate alle quali si offre l’opportunità di connettersi con reti di altre aziende con le quali possono condividere esperienze e aumentare le possibilità di nuove opportunità.
L’Assemblea dei soci, ha poi nominato all’unanimità Claudio Novebaci Amministratore Delegato. Torinese di nascita, l’esperienza passata come consigliere di amministrazione di societa’ quotate gli ha consentito di maturare una notevole esperienza negli aspetti gestionali dell’Impresa. Esperto nell’ambito di M&A da diversi anni si e’ dedicato con successo allo sviluppo di attivita’ Internazionali con particolare riferimento al Nord e Sud America e Regno Unito. “È una grande soddisfazione personale poter entrare a far parte di un Gruppo così importante sul territorio – ha dichiarato Novebaci – e rappresenta un riconoscimento professionale che premia l’impegno profuso in questi anni nel promuovere l’innovazione e la tecnologia Made in Italy in USA.

“STAR ITALIA ACCELERATOR”, MORE ITALIAN TECHNOLOGICAL ENTERPRISES IN THE USA IS BORN
De Furia: we are the ideal partners for access to the American market for Startups and Innovative SMEs.
Star Italia Accelerator, the new Accelerator for Startups and Innovative SMEs, 100% under the management of De Furia Group is born with the aim of creating qualified access to the U.S. market, stimulating entrepreneurial skills and accompanying the entry and growth of the best Italian innovation talent.
Star Italia Accelerator, based in Miami, opens with a strong Italian flare, and the initiative aims to support Italian startups and innovative SMEs to develop their business in the US.
The offered services include shared workspaces, training, mentorship (advice provided by so-called startup mentors), access to technical and logistical resources (supply chain). Each selected startup will participate in an acceleration path lasting up to 6 months, with the support of mentors, corporate partners and selected investors.
Two programs are available:
– Future Seed which lasts between two and four months and is aimed at less mature companies, offering them services and giving them the opportunity to present their ideas to investors through public presentations (public pitch events) or demonstration days (demo days).
– Upward Phase which lasts between two and six months and is aimed at more structured startups who are offered the opportunity to connect with networks of other companies with whom they can share experiences and increase the chances of new opportunities.
The Shareholders’ meeting appointed Claudio Novebaci as CEO. Born in Turin, his past experience as a board member of traded companies has given him significant expertise in the management issues of the company. An expert in the field of M&A for several years, he has focused with success on the development of International activities with particular reference to North and South America and the United Kingdom. “It is a great personal satisfaction to be able to join such an important Group in the area,” said Novebaci, “and it represents a professional recognition that rewards the efforts made over the years to promote Made in Italy Innovation and Technology in the U.S.
