Media are invited to Parliament’s premises in Brussels, where citizens will discuss recent and upcoming initiatives with high-level representatives of the EU institutions.
The feedback event fulfils the relevant commitment undertaken during the Conference on the Future of Europe by the European Parliament, the Council of the EU and the European Commission
When: Friday 2 December 2022 from 9.00 – 17.00

Media opportunities
A brief press point with political representatives of the three institutions (Guy Verhofstadt for the European Parliament, Minister for European Affairs Mikuláš Bek on behalf of the Presidency of the Council of the EU, and Commissioner for Democracy and Demography Dubravka Šuica) will take place around 12.30 CET, at the end of the morning part of the event, outside Parliament’s plenary chamber. It will be streamed on [Parliament’s Multimedia Centre](https://multimedia.europarl.europa.eu/en/webstreaming) and [EbS+](https://audiovisual.ec.europa.eu/en/), without interpretation.
Media representatives will be able to interview participants in the event (political representatives and citizens alike), using Parliament’s dedicated spaces and equipment if needed (booking required).
Press officers from EU institutions will be available to facilitate interviews and liaise where necessary.
Audio-visual coverage
The public sessions of the event taking place in the Hemicycle will be broadcast live on [EbS+](https://audiovisual.ec.europa.eu/) and extracts will be available on [EbS](https://audiovisual.ec.europa.eu/en/) . The event will also be live streamed on [Parliament’s Multimedia Centre](https://multimedia.europarl.europa.eu/en/home). Accreditation and access
Annual press passes (either inter-institutional passes or EP passes) are valid. Journalists without an access pass are kindly asked to request accreditation as soon as possible via the [journalist registration website](https://jouregfo.secure.europarl.europa.eu/journalist-registration/login?lang=en). Passes can be collected on Thursday 1 December between 7:00 and 20:00, and on Friday between 7:00 and 16:00 from Parliament’s Accreditation Centre, located in the Spinelli building (access from the Esplanade Solidarno?? side). Access for media representatives will be facilitated through the usual entrances.
Working areas
The following areas will be accessible for journalists:
– Working space and access to the video feed inside the press room
– Press gallery of the Chamber (photo agencies will also be able to enter the Chamber)
– Media space outside the Hemicycle for video recording (booking required)
Wi-Fi will be available in all parts of the building. The login and password will be communicated on the day.
All journalists will be able to follow the Live coverage from the Press Room screens.
Audiovisual facilities (booking required)
The following audiovisual services will be provided:
– Live camera positions in self-service near the Chamber. Media should bring their own equipment and cabling; power and internet broadband connection will be available
– Multimedia studio
