TIM: ELIO SCHIAVO NOMINATO NUOVO AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO DI NOOVLE

TIM informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Noovle, Società benefit interamente controllata dal Gruppo TIM, riunitosi oggi sotto la presidenza di Mariarosaria Taddeo, ha nominato Elio Schiavo nuovo Amministratore Delegato.
Elio Schiavo, entrato in TIM lo scorso maggio con il compito di guidare il processo di riorganizzazione delle attività Enterprise, è attualmente Chief Enterprise and Innovative Solutions Officer di TIM. Nella Business Unit rientrano inoltre le attività di Noovle (Cloud), Olivetti (IoT) e Telsy (Cybersecurity).
La nomina di Elio Schiavo rappresenta un primo passo verso la riorganizzazione delle attività di TIM Enterprise, la nuova Business Unit dedicata alla Pubblica Amministrazione e ai grandi clienti, per cui è stato avviato il processo di societarizzazione come previsto dal Piano industriale.
Il Presidente e il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Noovle hanno espresso il più sentito ringraziamento per il lavoro svolto da Carlo d’Asaro Biondo, Amministratore Delegato uscente che lascerà il Gruppo a fine anno, e i migliori auguri a Elio Schiavo per questa nuova importante sfida.

TIM: ELIO SCHIAVO APPOINTED NEW CEO OF NOOVLE
Rome, 29 November 2022
TIM announces that the Board of Directors of Noovle, benefit company wholly controlled by TIM Group, which met today in a meeting chaired by Mariarosaria Taddeo, has appointed Elio Schiavo as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Elio Schiavo, who joined TIM last May to lead the Enterprise activities reorganisation process, is currently Chief Enterprise and Innovative Solutions Officer at TIM. The Business Unit also covers the activities of Noovle (Cloud), Olivetti (IoT) and Telsy (Cybersecurity).
Elios Schiavo’s appointment represents a first step towards reorganising the activities of TIM Enterprise, the new Business Unit dedicated to the Public Administration and major customers, for which the spin-off process was launched as envisaged in the Business Plan.
The Chairman and the Board of Directors of Noovle have expressed their heartfelt thanks for the work carried out by Carlo d’Asaro Biondo, outgoing CEO who will leave the Group at the end of the year, and wish Elio Schiavo all the best for this important new challenge.
