ITA Airways is confirmed IATA CEIV Pharma certified airline
IATA certification includes compliance with the highest standards for transportation of pharmaceutical products for the company’s operations at Rome Fiumicino International Airport
Rome, November 9, 2022 – ITA Airways has been recognized again as IATA CEIV Pharma (Center of Excellence for Independent Validators in Pharmaceutical Logistics) certified for the next 3 years.
The IATA CEIV Pharma certification meets the company’s need to ensure the highest levels of safety, security, compliance, and efficiency in the management of pharmaceutical products, according to globally recognised and consistent standards. The certificate thus confirms the carrier’s compliance with the industry’s highest quality standards for the transportation of pharmaceutical products, including vaccines.
