TIM comunica che Stefano Siragusa, Deputy del Direttore Generale e Chief Network Operations & Wholesale Officer, lascerà in via consensuale il Gruppo per intraprendere nuove opportunità professionali.
A Stefano Siragusa va il più sentito ringraziamento per l’importante lavoro svolto e per i risultati di particolare rilievo raggiunti, oltre che per il significativo contributo manageriale assicurato nell’interesse dell’azienda e del Gruppo.
A Stefano Siragusa – che risulta titolare di 829.157 azioni ordinarie TIM – sarà riconosciuto un trattamento di severance conforme con la politica di remunerazione approvata dall’Assemblea della società del 7 aprile 2022, l’assegnazione si qualifica pertanto come operazione con parte correlata esclusa, ai sensi dell’apposito Regolamento Consob.

TIM: STEFANO SIRAGUSA LEAVES THE GROUP TO TAKE UP NEW PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

TIM announces that Stefano Siragusa, Deputy General Manager and Chief Network Operations & Wholesale Officer, will leave the Group by mutual agreement to take up new professional opportunities.
We give Stefano Siragusa our heartfelt thanks for the important work done and for the particularly significant results achieved, as well as for the remarkable managerial contribution made in the interests of the company and the Group.
Stefano Siragusa, who holds 829,157 ordinary shares in TIM, will receive severance pay in accordance with the remuneration policy approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 7 April 2022. The assignment is therefore classified as an excluded related party transaction in accordance with the relevant Consob Regulation.
