The U.S. Mission is proud to have supported the installations APART and UPROOTED created by artist and psychotherapist Franziska Greber in collaboration with International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), The United Nations Office at Geneva, the International Museum of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, and the City of Geneva to cast a focus on the problem of sexual and gender-based violence in conflict. A tour of the installation by Ambassador Sheba Crocker and ICRC President Peter Maurer coincided with International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict.
