A new approach being piloted in family courts in North Wales and Dorset aims to improve how information is shared between justice agencies and local authorities.
Our new online service launches on Wednesday 6 April. We’re hosting a live demonstration for legal professionals on Tuesday 12 April at 1pm.
Funding for support services for victims of crime will be increased by more than £440 million over the next three years.
The new service framework will standardise support offered by intermediaries for vulnerable court and tribunal users to ensure fairness and quality of service.
Our latest Nightingale court venue opened on 31 March. The courtrooms at De Vere Grand hotel will help to support the reduction of outstanding criminal cases.
