The UST Volleyball team hosted their Red vs. White game today at the Jerabeck Activity & Athletic Center. The intrasquad scrimmage ended with the Red team winning three sets to one.
“It was great to be back on the court in a game setting. I know the team was thankful for the opportunity to play in front of their family” said Head Coach Keanne Burt. “We had a lot to be excited about today. Some great offensive swings and plays, and a very hard working defense. We had several step up and show some really great leadership and took control of the set.”
“Proud of the fight both teams showed. With several extended rallies you could just see and feel their grit and determination. We are so eager for spring and for the opportunity to play. These student athletes need some sense of normalcy and you could see their heart today in their game play. We are so grateful for these moments with our team.”
