TAXATION: COMMISSION DECIDES TO REFER THE UNITED KINGDOM TO THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE EU DUE TO ITS FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH EU RULES ON MARKED FUEL

European Commission Press release Brussels, 03 Dec 2020 The European Commission has decided today to refer the UK to the Court of Justice of the EU and to request that the Court order the payment of financial penalties for the UK’s failure to comply with a Court ruling in relation to EU rules on marked fuel.
