(AGENPARL) – Wilmslow, Cheshire (Uk), mar 12 febbraio 2019 The complainant has requested information relating to a peer review of Greater Manchester Police carried out by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The Commissioner’s decision is that the MPS failed to complete its deliberations on the balance of the public interest within a reasonable time and therefore breached section 17(3) of the FOIA. The Commissioner also finds that the MPS breached section 10(1) of the FOIA. As a response has now been provided the Commissioner does not require the MPS to take any steps.
