(AGENPARL) – Wilmslow, Cheshire (Uk), mar 12 febbraio 2019 The complainant requested statistical information about the number of documents held by Staffordshire Police in relation to individuals who identify as a gender other than male or female. Staffordshire Police refused to comply with the request on the basis that to do so would exceed the appropriate limit in costs set by section 12(1) of the FOIA (cost of compliance). The Commissioner’s decision is that Staffordshire Police correctly applied section 12(1) and found that there is no breach of section 16(1) of the FOIA (duty to provide advice and assistance). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
