(AGENPARL) – ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, gio 22 ottobre 2020
Use this form to register a Place of Destination where physical inspections of regulated EU material (and third-country regulated material transiting through the EU) will take place instead of at the border. This will apply to regulated material that would have needed a Plant Passport prior to 1 January 2021 (but after 1 January 2021 requires a Phytosanitary Certificate).
While you are able to register a Place of Destination now, the Place of Destination should only become operational as such from 1 January 2021 (with the process expected to be in place from 1 January 2021 to July 2021). After July 2021, it is expected that inspections will take place at the border.
This form can be used for submitting the details of up to 5 individual Places of Destination attributed to a single Professional Operator.
Before completing and submitting this application form, please ensure you are registered as a Professional Operator with the Forestry Commission (you will need your Professional Operator Registration Number to continue).
